As a part of the cultural exchange workshop series supported by Australia-Japan Foundation, “Beyond Industry 4.0: Digital Fabrication and Local Craft”, two Australian experts from University of New South Wales (UNSW) will give lectures on their practices in Sydney. Marjo Niemela, the director of UNSW Digital Futures Lab, will deliver a lecture entitled “The Digital Pendulum: re-balancing digital and material approaches in Australia”. And entitled “Digital and Material Exchanges: curriculum design in Australia”, Tracy Huang will talk about current teaching practices in the discipline of Interior Architecture.
